Suzie M. Ricciardi
Owner/Nurse Practitioner
Suzanne (Suzie) M. Ricciardi, MSN, NP-C received her BSN from Barry University in 2001. In 2014 she acquired an MSN from Ohio University. She has a wide variety of experience ranging from 14 years as a NICU RN, 2 years in Pediatric Cardiology, 7 years in Primary and Urgent care, and over 10 years in Aesthetics. Suzie opened Youth Lab Aesthetics 4 years ago after working at other leading med spa/plastic surgery clinics!Suzie grew up in Florida and has lived in Idaho for the past 15 years. On her time away from work she enjoys soaking in all the greatness Idaho has to offer. She is married and has a daughter and twin boys with whom she loves to enjoy the outdoors and get active with!
Bianca Schreiner
Practice Manager
Bianca was born in Germany and moved to the United States as a child. She has previously worked in the NICU, Mother Baby Unit, and Pediatrics, and is now enjoying working with Aesthetics. She has three amazing boys, that she loves to go out and adventure with. We enjoy camping, hiking, hot springs, and everything outdoors. Bianca graduated from Pioneer High School. She also completed pre-nursing classes at Treasure Valley Community before she decided to take a career shift and focus more on Administration, and primarily work with Client Relations. She aspires to continue to grow with Youth Lab Aesthetics; and looks very much forward to serving you as best as she can.
Kimm Elliott
Med Spa Professional
Kimm brings Youth Lab Aesthetics valuable experience in aesthetics as she has been in plastic surgery almost 30 years. In that role she was solely responsible for patient care and worked closely with the plastic surgeon.Kimm is a certified laser tech and received credentialing and certification through the National Council on Laser Excellence. She has attended workshops for treatment of vascular lesions, hair removal and treatment for facial wrinkles using laser technology.
She also received advanced training in Skin Acid Treatments, Microdermabrasion and skin care product knowledge. Kimm has successfully completed the Coolsculpting University training and Endermology programs. Kimm has seen aesthetic treatments evolve with her years of experience. With the knowledge she has gained, she has an understanding of what works for each patient. Kimm’s goal is to help you take care of yourself so you are best able to take care of others! She wants every client who walks through the doors of Youth Lab Aesthetics to leave as a friend. In her free time Kimm enjoys spending time with family. Her husband John also shares her love for aesthetics as an area sales manager for a laser company and when she isn’t at Youth Lab Aesthetics, she travels and works closely with him.
Karin Heitz
Cosmetic Kreations
Karin is a certified permanent makeup artist. She is the owner and operator of Cosmetic Kreations by Karin and also the Beauty by Design Academy. She is a well known professional in the beauty industry with 21+ years of experience. She is also known for her work as a medical micropigmentologist doing areola restorations and scar camouflage work.
